Zeolite Wheel RTO operates through a "adsorption-desorption-cooling" three-zone cyclic process to concentrate waste gases. Initially, as waste gases pass through the adsorption zone of the wheel, organic components are adsorbed into the small holes of the wheel. Then, as the wheel rotates, the adsorbed, saturated holes move to a smaller desorption zone, where low-volume hot air backblows to desorb the high-concentration waste gases, which are then fed into a regenerative thermal oxidizer for combustion, converting them into CO2 and H2O before排放. This completes the concentration process of large-volume, low-concentration organic waste gases. The clean, desorbed adsorbent carrier is transferred to the cooling zone, where it is air-cooled to ambient temperature and continues into the adsorption stage, thereby maintaining a continuous cyclic operation.
