Yao XianRevolving Wheel + RTO Operating Principle
Zeolite Wheel RTO operates through a "adsorption-desorption-cooling" three-zone cyclic process to concentrate waste gases. Initially, as the waste gases pass through the adsorption zone of the wheel, organic components are adsorbed into the small pores. Then, as the wheel rotates, the adsorbed, saturated pores move to the smaller desorption zone, where they are off-gassed by a low-volume hot air stream, releasing high-concentration waste gases. These gases are then directed to a regenerative thermal oxidizer for combustion, converting them into CO2 and H2O before being emitted. This completes the concentration process of large-volume, low-concentration organic waste gases. The clean, desorbed adsorbent carrier is transferred to the cooling zone, where it is air-cooled to ambient temperature and continues to the adsorption stage, repeating the cycle.
