Yao XianRevolving Wheel + RCO Operating Principle
The Zeolite Wheel RTO operates in a cyclic manner through three zones of "adsorption-desorption, and cooling" to concentrate waste gases. Initially, as the waste gases pass through the adsorption zone of the wheel, organic components are adsorbed into the small pores. With the rotation of the wheel, the adsorbed, saturated pores are transferred to a smaller desorption area, where they are off-gassed with a low-flow of hot air, resulting in high-concentration waste gases. These gases then enter the regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) for combustion, converting to CO2 and H2O before being emitted, thereby completing the concentration process of high-volume, low-concentration organic waste gases. The clean adsorbent is transferred to the cooling zone, cooled by air to ambient temperature, and then continues to the吸附 stage, repeating the cycle.
