The company is located 800 meters south of the intersection of Wanwang Avenue and Jinyuan Road in the Wanwang Industrial Park of Yinchuan City. We have 110 employees, including 40 professional technicians, mainly producing colored corrugated panels, colored composite panels, and light steel structure series.
The company utilizes one of the most advanced H-beam production lines in China, equipped with CNC flame cutting machines, assembly machines, gantry welding machines, and flange straightening machines. It is capable of plasma cutting and high-precision assembly. The gantry welding machine, controlled by frequency conversion, significantly enhances welding quality and can accommodate welding of various different steel sections. The straightening machine's transmission system employs a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and the correction rolls are made of alloy steel, accelerating the straightening process while effectively preventing defects commonly found in processed parts.
Our company's fully operational color-coated steel sheet line can produce nail-free concealed joint profile sheets and antique glass tile profile sheets. The intermediate panel production line is equipped with automatic bonding and cutting, digital control, significantly reducing labor, material, and financial resources compared to civil structures.
