The company is located 800 meters south of the intersection of Wangyuan Avenue and Jinyuan Road in the Wangyuan Industrial Park of Yinchuan City. We have 110 employees, including 40 professional technical staff, mainly producing colored corrugated panels, colored composite panels, and light steel structure series.
The company utilizes a domestically advanced H-beam production line, equipped with CNC flame cutters, assembly machines, gantry welding machines, and flange straightening machines. It is capable of plasma cutting and high-precision assembly. The gantry welding machine, through variable frequency control, significantly enhances welding quality and can accommodate welding of various different steel profiles. The straightening machine's drive system employs a cycloid pinion reducer, and the correction rollers are made of alloy steel. This not only accelerates the straightening speed but also effectively prevents defects commonly found in machined parts.
Our company's fully operational color steel corrugated sheet line can produce nail-free concealed joint corrugated sheets and antique glazed tile corrugated sheets. The intermediate line is equipped with automatic bonding and cutting, digital control, significantly reducing labor, material, and financial resources compared to civil structures.
