
Product Introduction
Blind Pipes, also known as Plastic Blind Pipes or Drainage Blind Pipes/Gullies, are a three-dimensional, porous material formed by heating thermoplastic synthetic resin to melt it, then extruding it through a nozzle to create fiber strands that are layered and fused together at their junction points. Wrapped with geotextile as a filter membrane, they come in various sizes. Used for over two decades internationally, they have been widely welcomed in the engineering community.
Performance Features
1. Blind pipe features high compressive strength, excellent pressure resistance, and good recovery properties, with no issues of drainage failure due to overloading or other causes.
2. The surface perforations of the blind pipe are uniformly distributed and far exceed those of similar products, effectively collecting seepage water from the soil and promptly channeling it away.
3. Features include biodegradable in soil and water, resistance to aging and ultraviolet radiation, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and retention of material integrity over time.
4. The filter membranes for blind pipes can be selected according to different soil conditions, fully meeting engineering requirements while avoiding the drawback of single product membranes being uneconomical.
5. On-site installation of blind piping is extremely convenient, reducing labor intensity and significantly speeding up construction efficiency.
6. Excellent flexibility and strong ability to adapt to soil deformation, preventing failure in collection and drainage due to overloading, severe foundation deformation, and uneven settlement.
