TPE, LDPE, HDPE Waterproof Roll Material Production Line
Waterproof membrane is a kind of waterproofing material made from high molecular polymer as the basic raw material, mainly used to prevent liquid leakage and gas volatilization.
Raw materials generally include: Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Ethylene/Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA), etc. Production width: 1200MM-10000MM, thickness: 0.5MM-2.5MM.
Waterproof membranes play a crucial role in rock engineering for preventing seepage and isolation, while also serving to reinforce and protect. They are primarily used in: seepage prevention in projects like earthen and rockfill dams, masonry dams, concrete dams, tailings dams, wastewater reservoir dams, canals, and liquid storage ponds; waterproof lining for subways, basements, and tunnels; seepage prevention in highway and railway foundations; and in conjunction with geotextiles like long-fiber geotextiles and bentonite waterproofing mats in the construction of sanitary landfills.
