Features:
The system utilizes a P.I.D. temperature control system, enabling the regulation of regeneration temperature; this series of dehumidification systems features a variable cooler structure, ensuring lower return air temperature and dew point.
Equipped with a return air filter inside to ensure the honeycomb wheel is not contaminated by raw material dust; the honeycomb wheel can achieve below -40℃ under ideal conditions.
Working Principle:
The core of the honeycomb rotor is made of ceramic fiber and organic additives, forming a ceramic honeycomb structure. It is then strengthened with a surface that is hard due to sintering at high temperatures using molecular sieve and silica as basic materials, which is strongly adsorbed within the honeycomb. This prevents the usual issue of dust particles from aging筒装 or disc-type molecular sieves blowing into the drying drum and contaminating the plastic. Moreover, the honeycomb rotor has an unlimited lifespan and can be cleaned, unlike typical molecular sieves that tend to saturate or age and require frequent replacement. As moist recirculating air passes through the numerous small holes of the honeycomb rotor, moisture is quickly absorbed by the molecular sieve. Therefore, by the time it leaves the honeycomb, it has been completely dried and produces air with an extremely low dew point. The regeneration and dehumidification principles are similar and occur simultaneously, with the only difference being the direction of the regeneration airflow.
Selection Device:
Optional PLC control with LCD touch screen HMI for centralized and convenient operation, enabling automatic operation of the entire machine; Optional dew point meter for easy real-time dew point monitoring.
Available with optional drying electric heater and temperature controller, when paired with a drying material drum, it can perform moisture and drying operations on raw materials; Heat-resistant ductwork, foot-type cyclone dust collector, and oil filter are also available for selection. Optional full molecule sieve honeycomb rotors can achieve dew point temperatures as low as -50°C.
