The moisture removal, drying, and dry removal feeding combination units are all equipped with honeycomb rotors, providing stable low dew point dry air. The designs are available in semi-open and fully enclosed styles.
The feeding system is equipped with a cutoff valve to ensure no residual material in the material tube. The machine comes standard with a microcomputer control and is paired with an optical-grade model featuring an electro-eye dust-removal vacuum hopper, capable of removing fine materials.
Micro-powder, in the molding of optical-grade products, helps prevent the formation of spots. All raw material contact surfaces of optical-grade models are treated with stainless steel mirror polishing, and are paired with a sealed feeding system to prevent contamination or moisture absorption of the raw materials.
The desiccant dry material drum features a bottom-blowing air tube design, paired with a cyclone exhaust unit, to prevent heat loss, ensure temperature, and enhance drying efficiency.
This series of dehumidification systems features a dual cooling structure, ensuring lower return air temperature and dew point.
Chooseable PLC control and LCD touch screen human-machine interface, operation is centralized and convenient, capable of controlling the whole machine's automatic operation, optional dew point meter, real-time dew point monitoring available.
Optional high-efficiency filters and optical-grade material storage bins are available to ensure raw materials are not contaminated by external air. Optional material supply for 3 injection molding machines is also available.
