Hangzhou Yunou CNC is a specialized factory engaged in the research and manufacturing of EPS line complete sets of equipment. I have been involved in EPS line production, processing, and installation work since 2007. Due to the high demand for EPS lines at the time, from 2007 to 2009, Chinese market equipment for EPS lines only included cutters, which were mainly vertical hanging with chain drives, and the products they produced had significant errors, failing to meet the requirements for high-quality lines. In this situation, I founded and established an R&D and manufacturing workshop for EPS line production in 2008. Starting from 2008, we continuously explored experience in EPS line production, restructured the cutter with screw drive, horizontally concentrated hanging, and continuously developed and improved other auxiliary equipment for EPS line production. Over the 11 years from 2008 to 2019, I continuously innovated, originally inventing EPS line equipment such as: 1. High-precision EPS line horizontal cutting CNC cutter, 2. Belt and chain-driven integrated scraper, 3. Chain-type tumbler and mixing scraper, 4. Dry powder and wet material mixing unit, 5. Double drum circulation mixer, 6. Semi-automatic mixer, 7. Automatic mixing and scraping unit, 8. Arc cutting and scraping unit, 9. Column head and cap cutting and scraping unit, 10. Fully automatic mesh wrapping machine. In these 11 years, I updated the EPS line equipment annually and replaced them every two years, continuously introducing new EPS line equipment to the market and providing convenient processing equipment for numerous EPS line manufacturers. At the same time, numerous EPS line equipment manufacturers across the country have been continuously inspired by this, sharing my original achievements without any surpassing for over a decade, contributing to the steady development of the EPS line industry. From 2000 to 2014, these five years were a breakthrough for EPS lines in the construction developer sector, shifting from being overlooked to being widely used. In 2011, Hangzhou Yunou's high-precision, high-output, and high-quality EPS line equipment was selected by Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau as the supplier for a three-plus billion yuan EPS line production equipment for the Daqing Entrepreneurship City development project. Hangzhou Yunou not only provided excellent EPS line production equipment for the Daqing Entrepreneurship City but also offered mortar formula, mixing ratios, installation, and construction techniques for EPS line production manufacturers. In 2012, to coincide with the upcoming 2013 Shenyang National Games, Hangzhou Yunou took the lead in winning the EPS line processing business for the nearly several hundred thousand square meters of the Shenyang National Games village, contributing to the construction of the Shenyang National Games.
Since 2012, with China's economic boom and the concept of green mountains and clear waters, Hangzhou Yunou has undertaken one batch after another of rural reconstruction with excellent equipment and sophisticated technology, and has established a strategic partnership with major developers in EPS molding.
Since 2013, EPS line manufacturers and EPS line equipment manufacturers have blossomed everywhere. Hangzhou Yunou was hit hard by the low-price competition, suffering widespread injuries. Amidst this chaos, I believed that the EPS line industry was due for regulation. So, I proactively contacted the Chinese Building Materials Research Institute to discuss establishing an EPS decorative line industry standard. After reaching a good consensus, I initiated the establishment of the preliminary China EPS Decorative Line Industry Association under my call, and established the preliminary preparation organization for EPS line industry standard formulation. In July 2014, the EPS Decorative Line Standard Conference was successfully held at Yunou CNC Company in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. In 2016, the "Standard for Building Materials of the People's Republic of China JC/T2387-2016 Composite Decorative Line of Polyfoam (EPS)" drafted and edited by me was successfully implemented and released. The same month, with the sponsorship of Weishan Duobao Mesh Fabric Enterprise in Ningbo, Zhejiang, the (EPS Decorative Line Industry Association) was officially established. At this meeting, the (EPS Installation and Construction Standard Draft) was submitted with Hangzhou Yunou EPS Decorative Line Construction Animation as the main reference. I was responsible for drafting and editing the "Application Technical Specification for EPS Composite Decorative Line of Polystyrene Foam" and it was implemented and released in 2019. The (EPS Decorative Line Industry Association's Annual Industry Conference) in 2019 was sponsored by Hangzhou Yunou and was successfully held at Hangzhou Yunou.
Hangzhou Yunou has been on the road for fifteen years, producing nearly 3 million square meters of EPS strips. The Hangzhou Yunou EPS strip production equipment has spread across the country, carrying the mission of developing the EPS decorative strip industry. Over the past fifteen years, we are deeply grateful for the support from our peers. Here, I would like to express my sincere thanks. In 2020, the EPS industry was severely affected by the pandemic. Following the principle of not constructing but supplying, Hangzhou Yunou pressed the pause button on EPS strip production. Considering the future development of EPS strips, after careful consideration, we found a focal point and sought resonance from the perspective of EPS strip production enterprises. We addressed issues such as poor working conditions, difficulty in labor, and unnecessary labor arbitration. Hangzhou Yunou is reintroducing the following new equipment: 1. EPS strip and Grade A strip dual-cutting machine. 2. EPS decorative strip fully automatic mixing and scraping system. 3. Solving the problem of severe deformation of thin and small strips wrapped by the mesh cloth wrapping machine. 4. Providing customers with a ceramic foam cutting machine mounted on the EPS strip cutting machine, considering the customer's stance of spending less money and renting less space. Hangzhou Yunou continues to innovate and exceed, offering a one-stop service from equipment to production technology, formula, and raw materials for EPS strip production.
