Product Description:

MPEG-NHS is a PEG derivative from Ponsure with a single functional group, featuring an active ester (NHS) that reacts with primary amine groups to form stable amide bonds at pH 7-8.5. The PEGylated active ester boasts excellent water solubility and is suitable for modifying peptides, proteins, and other small molecules containing amino groups.

Handling and Usage:

MPEG-NHS: Be mindful of temperature differences and air humidity when handling, to prevent moisture absorption. Maintain an inert gas environment as much as possible during the reaction.

Storage Conditions:

MPEG-NHS should be stored at -20°C under dry conditions with inert gas protection. Retest after one year.
