Hole-mounted rotating grommet is composed of a low-friction filled PTFE sealing ring and an O-ring, designed for applications with rotating or oscillating movements such as rods, shafts, and rotating joints. It is a peripheral seal that can withstand both side pressure and alternating pressure, acting bidirectionally. Depending on the cross-sectional size of the Teflon sealing ring, one or two annular grooves can be machined to form a lubrication cavity, reducing friction while increasing the surface pressure of the sealing area, thereby enhancing the sealing effect. It performs exceptionally well in heavy-duty double-acting piston seals under high and low pressure as well as high-frequency conditions. Suitable for both long and short stroke applications, and can accommodate larger piston clearances in a wide range of liquids and high-temperature environments. For example, it is used in injection molding machines, bulldozers, agricultural machinery, presses, and other machine tools.
