Our company specializes in the production of turned polyurethane O-rings, which are processed without molds using CNC equipment. Various specifications are available for customization, with minimal error, ensuring we can meet all customer requirements.

Our high-performance polyurethane materials are suitable for the production and processing of various sealing parts. Milled with state-of-the-art CNC equipment, the design ensures that O-rings perform exceptionally under suitable working conditions, with more rational material selection. The material of the O-rings must be compatible with the sealed medium, and the impact of the medium on the O-rings should be considered. Combining the requirements for sealing ring materials under special working conditions, we opt for turning processes to manufacture polyurethane O-rings as a substitute for rubber O-rings.
