Polyurethane (PU), known for its high elasticity and strength, boasts excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, fatigue resistance, and vibration resistance, and is hailed as "wear-resistant rubber." Our company specializes in the production of machined polyurethane O-rings without molds, using CNC machine tools for precision machining. Custom sizes are available, with minimal tolerances to meet various customer requirements.

Our high-performance polyurethane materials are suitable for the production and processing of various seals. Milled using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, the design ensures exceptional performance of O-rings under appropriate working conditions, with more rational material selection. The material of the O-rings must be compatible with the sealed medium and consider the medium's impact on the O-rings. Considering the requirements for seal material under special working conditions, we opt for machining polyurethane O-rings to replace rubber O-rings.
