Polyurethane (PU), with high elasticity and strength, boasts excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, fatigue resistance, and shock resistance, and is known as "wear-resistant rubber." Our company specializes in the production of turned polyurethane O-rings, which are machined without molds using CNC equipment. Custom sizes are available, with minimal tolerance to meet all customer requirements.

We offer high-performance polyurethane materials suitable for the production and processing of various sealing components. Machined with state-of-the-art CNC equipment, the design ensures outstanding performance of O-rings under appropriate working conditions, with more rational material selection. The material of the O-rings must be compatible with the sealed medium and consider the medium's impact on the O-rings. Combining the requirements for sealing ring materials under special working conditions, we opt for the lathe process to machine polyurethane O-rings as an alternative to rubber O-rings.
