The HL-TKB series touch screen dispatch console consists of a touch screen control host, a digital dispatch telephone, and a touch screen. The touch screen dispatch console is one of the core devices for implementing all dispatch functions, including operations such as one-touch dialing, answering calls, one-touch transfer, force insertion, force disconnect, monitoring, group call, all call, broadcast notifications, terminal status monitoring, and user management.

HL-TKB series dispatch consoles feature functional and user areas. The functional area includes a broadcast zone, wireless dispatch zone, wired dispatch zone, and a customized special application zone for customer-specific needs. The user area is represented by individual keyboard keys for each user. To make a call, simply press the corresponding user key, eliminating the need to dial on the dispatch phone, achieving one-touch convenience and speed, significantly reducing operation time and enhancing work efficiency. Dispatchers can also monitor the activity status of all dispatch users through the console, enabling precise command and dispatching.
