The HL-TKB series touch screen dispatch console is composed of a touch screen control host, a digital dispatch telephone, and a 23.8-inch touch screen. The touch screen dispatch console is one of the core devices for implementing all dispatch functions. The dispatch touch screen features sliding screen operations such as one-touch dialing, phone answering, one-touch call, force insertion, force disconnect, monitoring, group call, all call, broadcast notification, terminal status monitoring, audio-visual alarm alerts, and user management.

HL-TKB series dispatch consoles feature functional and user areas. The functional area includes a broadcast zone, wireless dispatch zone, wired dispatch zone, and a customized special application zone for customer-specific needs. The user area is represented by individual keyboard keys for each user. To make a call, simply press the corresponding user key, eliminating the need to dial on the dispatch phone. This achieves one-touch convenience, speed, significantly reducing operation time and enhancing work efficiency. Dispatchers can also monitor the activity status of all dispatch users through the console, enabling precise command and dispatching.
