The deaerator structure is composed of five major parts: the outer shell, the rotating film assembly, the water grate, the liquid-gas screen, and the steam distribution plate.
1. Shell: Welded from a cylinder body and a stamped elliptical end cap. Low-pressure 150TIH and below medium and small deaerators are equipped with a pair of flanges for upper and lower connections, for assembly and maintenance purposes.
2. Membrane Starter Assembly: Comprised of a water chamber, steam chamber, membrane starter pipe, condensate connection pipe, make-up water connection pipe, and primary steam inlet connection pipe. Both the membrane starter pipe and the下水管 are made of stainless steel, requiring no maintenance and running all year round.
3. Sprinkling gratings; the feed water after rough degassing in the film-forming section and the condensed water introduced from the drain pipes are mixed here for a secondary distribution, forming a uniform sprinkling rain effect that falls onto the liquid-gas network below. The water grating can be adjusted according to the specific water temperature conditions, and the water grating operates all year round without requiring maintenance.
4. Liquid-Vapor Net; it consists of spaced flat steel strips and a cylindrical body, internally filled with a certain height of specially designed stainless steel flat wire mesh and stainless steel plates. Here, water comes into full contact with secondary steam, heated to saturation temperature and undergoes deep deoxygenation to ensure the oxygen content in the deoxygenated water: less than 10ug/L for low-pressure steam deaerator and less than 5ug/L for high-pressure deaerator.
5. Steam Distribution Plate: Designed with a regular pattern that evenly distributes at a certain ratio, ensuring the main heating steam is evenly distributed. It rises to heat and soften the water without throttling to guarantee the heating quality and operate at saturation temperature for deoxygenation.
