1. Machine Frame: The internal contact surface with bottles is all designed with 304 stainless steel, featuring a simple and practical design with minimal floor space.

Conveyor Belt: Equipped with a WVT reducer and Huizhou inverter for electrical control, it can independently perform stacking and can also be integrated into the production line for automated stacking. It can be connected to blowing machines, labeling machines, and other production lines for full automated online stacking.

3. Machine Stability: Equipped with German Siemens PLC control, featuring built-in several bottle dispensing methods to meet customer requirements for bottle shapes, easy to switch, and Airtac solenoid valve control; stability exceeds 100,000 hours.

Machine Durability: The machine's cylinders are equipped with Airtac cylinders and solenoid valve groups for control; the air source treatment includes two Airtac oil mist maintenance units to remove impurities and moisture from the gas. This not only meets the environmental and GMP regulatory requirements of the food industry, but also ensures the machine's long-lasting durability and extends its service life. Machine Operation: Utilizes a 7-inch Wilead touch screen from Taiwan, featuring a user-friendly interface with a large and clear display, making operation more straightforward.

5. Machine Safety: The contact surfaces inside the machine for bottles are designed with 304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade standards. The machine is equipped with high specifications, utilizing multiple servo motors for control, featuring top domestic and international brands, and is easy to adjust. Additionally, it is equipped with an automatic three-color alarm function to remind operators to take timely action, and it includes an automatic start/stop switch for convenient plate replacement and spacer placement.
