Surface Thermal Spray Alloy Powder:
Common metals, alloys, and composite powders used in thermal spray hardfacing technology. These powders are instantaneously heated using methods such as oxygen-acetylene flame, plasma flame, or oxygen-acetylene explosion flame in thermal spraying (welding), where they are jetted and deposited onto the surface of cold or hot workpieces, forming a surface hardening layer. This layer improves the wear, corrosion, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, or restores the dimensional shape of the workpiece. This is an economical and practical process technology that has been widely applied.
