Components of Wastewater Treatment Equipment:
(1) Primary Sedimentation Tank: A vertical flow sedimentation tank, where settled sludge is transferred to the sludge tank using air.
(2) Contact Oxidation Tank: Water flows from the primary sedimentation tank into the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three stages, using new type of media that is easy to form a biofilm without clogging.
(3) Secondary Sedimentation Tank: After biochemical treatment, the wastewater flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, which is operated by two vertical flow sedimentation tanks combined.
(4) Disinfection Pool: The disinfection pool is sanitized according to standard procedures with a 30-minute contact time, using solid chlorine tablets that dissolve in contact.
(5) Sludge Pond: All sludge from the primary and secondary sedimentation tanks is transferred to the air-sludge pond for nitrification. After nitrification, the remaining sludge is minimal. It is then transported out using a vacuum truck, extending from the holes in the sludge pond to the bottom of the sludge.
(6) Fan Room and Fan: The fan is installed above the disinfection area, with double soundproofing, a silencer, and a fan filter at the inlet, ensuring noiseless operation.
