Usage

This product is suitable for transmitting electrical power on various river and sea vessels, as well as offshore oil platforms and other waterborne structures.

Utilize Features

　　Cable allows for a long-term operating temperature of85℃Rated VoltageUo/U is 0.6/1KV. The minimum bending radius of the cable during installation is as follows: for metallic shield armored type, it is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. For non-armor type, when the outer diameter is less than or equal to 25mm, it is 4 times the outer diameter of the cable; when greater than 25mm, it is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Technical Requirements

1. Should withstand 30,000 single-direction curve tests.

2. The cable should withstand alternating voltage of 3500V or direct voltage of 8400V without puncturing for 5 minutes.

3. The cable core structure, insulation resistance, thickness and weight of the insulation and sheath shall comply with the provisions of GB9331.2-88.

Section 6: Delivery Requirements

1. For cables with three cores or less and conductor cross-sections not exceeding 2.5 square millimeters, the delivery length should be no less than 150 meters; for other cables, 100 meters.

2. Acceptable delivery of short cable sections with a minimum length of 20 meters; however, the quantity should not exceed 10% of the total delivery length.

3. Delivery of cables of any length is permitted according to the agreement between both parties.

4. Length tolerance should not exceed ±0.5%.。
