YJV22-5×16 steel tape armored cross-linked power cable
YJV cable, also known as 0.6/1kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable. This product is used for transmission and distribution of power lines with rated voltage of (U0/U) 0.6/1 to 26/35kV, and conforms to product standard GB12706.3-91.
Laying Method
1. YJVYJLV Copper (Aluminum) Core Cross-Linked Polyethylene Cable, installed indoors, in conduits, and within pipes; also suitable for burial in soil with loose, insulated Polyvinyl Chloride sheath power cables, not subject to external force.
2. YJV22 YJLV22 Copper (Aluminum) Core Cross-Linked Polyethylene Insulated Steel Tape Armored Polyvinyl Chloride Sheathed Power Cable - Suitable for underground installation, capable of withstanding mechanical external forces but not withstand significant tension.
Technical Requirements
1. The maximum rated temperature for the cable conductor is 90°C. During a short circuit (with a maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250°C.
The environmental temperature during the laying of cables should not be below 0°C.
3. Allowable bend radius during installation: For single-core cables, not less than 15 times the cable outer diameter; for multi-core cables, not less than 10 times the cable outer diameter.
