Product Features: Press-nut bolts, also known as rivet nuts or self-locking nuts, are a type of nut used on thin plates or sheet metal. They have a circular shape with one end featuring embossed teeth and a guide slot. The principle involves pressing the embossed teeth into the pre-set holes of the sheet metal. Generally, the diameter of the pre-set holes is slightly smaller than the embossed teeth of the press-nut bolt. Through pressure, the teeth of the press-nut bolt are forced into the plate, causing the edges of the pre-set holes to undergo plastic deformation. The deformed material is then pushed into the guide slot, resulting in a locking effect.
Product Advantages:
Standard tools are used for quick and convenient installation.
2. Excellent tensile and torsional properties
3. Easy to install with minimal deformation, backside can be tightly flush with the workpiece plate surface, suitable for sheet material thickness of 0.6mm and above
4. Advantages of rust and corrosion resistance in stainless steel material
