I. Cold Fog Generator Series

The operation principle of the cold fog complete set equipment is to pump water into a high-pressure pump, which is then pressurized and outputted. It is transported through high-pressure pipelines to the atomizing nozzles, where it is atomized into dry fog droplets with a diameter less than 20 micrometers without the help of any air flow or substance. These droplets have a large surface area for evaporation, which is instantly vaporized upon contact with dry, hot air, removing a large amount of heat in the process. Additionally, it increases the concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air, enhances humidity, and refreshes the surrounding atmosphere.

Section 2: Pipe for Cold Fog Equipment (Φ12mm high-pressure stainless steel pipe)

The inlet side is a low-pressure stainless steel wire braid hose with an inner diameter not less than Φ20mm, connected to the water quality filtration unit to reduce the water pressure requirements at the inlet; the outlet side is a high-pressure hose with a working pressure of 150 bars connected to the conveying pipeline; the conveying pipeline is a high purity stainless steel pipe with a wall thickness of not less than 1.5mm, operating at a pressure greater than 100 MPa.
