Product Overview:
The LHJ vertical circulation stirrer, also known as a float筒submerged impeller, is a new-generation stirring equipment designed for deep circular or square pools that require gentle, uniform stirring without damaging the flocculent structure or floc of the active sludge. Based on the summary of existing domestic and international sewage stirring equipment, the product structure and performance have been innovatively improved. Particularly, by creatively changing the horizontal structure to a vertical circulation structure on the basis of the propulsion stirrer, it boasts more prominent characteristics in overall structural technical performance, stirring efficiency, service area, and applicability. It features a long service life, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, cost-effective investment, and low operating costs.
Operation Principle:
The LHJ Vertical Circulation Agitator features a large-displacement, propeller-type impeller and paddle blades as the main hydraulic components. During operation, a submerged motor drives the propeller and paddle blades, creating a certain flow rate and flow field that forms a circular mainstream belt at the bottom and around the pool. Due to the high velocity of the mainstream belt, a turbulent area is formed, promoting a large-scale, vertical circulation in the entire water body. This achieves uniform and gentle stirring, keeping sludge in a constant state of movement and suspension, thereby enhancing the treatment efficiency.
LHJ-type buoyant submersible mixers are available in three different mixing series: high, medium, and low, catering to various application scenarios.
The medium-high speed mixing series features higher RPMs with a narrower service range, but offers a gentler mixing action. Suitable for anaerobic or aerobic treatment in wastewater management.
Low-speed push-mix series features low speed, wide service range, high hydraulic efficiency, and even mixing. It is suitable for use in regulating ponds of various wastewater treatment projects and can also be used in anaerobic or aerobic treatment.

2. The water flow utilizes a vertical large circulation scheme, suitable for deeper circular or square ponds. It thoroughly stirs sludge and covers a radiation area of 100 to 800 square meters.
3. The mixer is powered by a submersible motor, which operates submerged in the liquid. It offers excellent cooling conditions, a wide range of applicable depths, and does not produce noise or secondary pollution.
4. The main seal of the diving motor consists of two independent mechanical seals, with the friction surfaces made of corrosion and wear-resistant alloys and silicon carbide. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
The motor windings are F-grade insulated, with an IP68 protection rating, featuring leak detection and winding overheating protection functions, ensuring safer and more reliable product usage.
Multiple installation options are available. Floating installation allows for easy relocation of the work position, offering convenience and flexibility; it can be centrally automated or operated individually, with easy management.
