Performance & Applications
1. TX-4 dissolves in oil and other organic solvents, exhibits excellent emulsifying properties, and serves as an oil-loving emulsifier for the preparation of w/o emulsions. In certain organic synthesis reactions, it acts as a reaction medium, reducing reaction time and improving conversion rates. For instance, during the polymerization of polyvinyl chloride in plastics, it functions as a stabilizer, ensuring uniform molding of polyvinyl chloride particles and preventing sticking to the pot. It can also be used as a dry cleaning detergent.
2. TX-5 dissolves in oils and general organic solvents, serving as an emulsifier, coupling agent, antifreeze, rust inhibitor, dispersant, and synthetic intermediate.
3. TX-7 is dispersed in water and mineral oils, boasting excellent emulsifying and cleaning properties, commonly used as an emulsifier in general industrial applications. It serves as a cleaner in the wool spinning, synthetic fiber, and metal processing industries. It can be used as a pre- and post-dye washing agent and saponification agent for polyacrylonitrile, and can also be formulated as a leveling agent for cationic dyes.
4. TX-9 and TX-10 are easily soluble in water, with excellent emulsifying and cleaning capabilities, making them an important component of synthetic detergents. They can be used to formulate various cleaning agents, demonstrating exceptional cleaning power for animal, plant, and mineral oil stains. They are also part of the lubricant composition in the synthetic fiber industry, offering not only emulsifying properties but also static dissipating effects. As softeners in blends of synthetic short fibers, they enhance the film's smoothness and elasticity, and provide colloidal protection. Generally used as emulsifiers in industrial applications, they stabilize emulsions. They serve as preservatives, wetting agents, and battery corrosion inhibitors. In the dyeing and printing industry, they act as leveling, diffusing, wetting, and cleaning aids, demonstrating excellent performance. They are used as leveling agents in new low-temperature dyeing processes for wool. In the rubber industry, they function as emulsifiers, while in the construction industry, they can be used as emulsified asphalt emulsifiers and are a key component of metal-based aqueous cleaning agents. They are also employed as wetting agents, foaming agents, and mud activator treatment agents in oil fields.
5. TX-12 is highly soluble in water and serves as an efficient detergent for unwashed wool with low foam, suitable across a wide pH range.
6. TX-15 serves as an o/w emulsifier, used as a cleaner in the metal, machinery, and textile industries.
7. TX-13 to 50 is highly soluble in water, featuring excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, and penetrating properties. It is used as a high-temperature emulsifier, cleaner with high electrolyte concentration, wetting agent, stabilizer for synthetic rubber latex, special oil emulsifier, and pesticide emulsifier.
