Cam divider with positioning camThe indexing cam is mounted on the input shaft, primarily serving the function of cutting slots into the surface of the corresponding solid body during operation. The dimension support ribs are called web ribs, which are located on the circumference of the dimension support ribs. They make circular linear contact with the cam rollers between the cam grooves during operation. The cam rollers, as the cutting medium of the indexing cam, are precision needle roller bearings mounted on the output turret, capable of withstanding heavy loads and high-speed rotation. The cam rollers and indexing cam directly complete the cutting action. The output turret, an attaching bearing component on the output shaft, transmits motion by driving cam rollers radially embedded within it through the indexing cam. The accuracy of the output turret is a critical factor in maintaining the precision of the cam cutter.
