Phosphorus remover is a graft copolymer composite, widely used in high-phosphorus wastewater from electroplating, printed circuit boards, phosphatization, electroless plating, anodizing, chemical polishing and cleaning, with a high total phosphorus removal rate, capable of reducing it below 0.5 mg/L; it also offers multiple auxiliary functions such as phosphorus removal, heavy metal removal, and COD reduction.
Phosphorus Remover Usage Instructions:
Section 1: Phosphorus Remover Usage Instructions
Identify medication points—generally select areas with slow water flow, deeper water levels, and concentrated target pollutants, such as wastewater outlets and areas with high concentrations of organic wastewater.
2. Phosphorus Remover Usage - Pour the phosphorus remover evenly into the dosing tank, add an appropriate amount of water, mix well, then add a certain proportion of flocculant to create a turbid liquid. Slowly add the turbid liquid to the water, being cautious not to add too much at once to avoid affecting the water environment.
3. Solid Phosphorus Remover Application - Evenly disperse the solid phosphorus remover in the target polluted area within the water, allowing it to fully contact the pollutants for effective removal.
