The YCG-SERVO high-pressure pump system is an efficient servo-driven system for controlling pressure/flow transmission. The servo control system (pump/motor) is matched with high-pressure sensors to ensure accurate pressure control. It measures the pipeline's pressure/flow status in high-pressure pipelines and transmits the results to the control system. This forms a control loop that automatically matches the selected nozzle diameter based on pressure/flow settings. The high-pressure pump motor for water jet cutting can accelerate to 2700 RPM within 50-60 milliseconds. If the cutting head is turned off, the motor will stop without consuming energy.
