During the waterjet cutting process, food comes into contact only with pure water, eliminating the risk of contamination from traditional cutting tools and there is no heat generated or any chemicals added. Sanitation during the cutting process is guaranteed. Typically, the size of the waterjet stream is the same as human hair, with a speed of up to 900 meters per second. The resulting incision is extremely thin, ensuring the food is not compressed or washed away. No molds are required.

Simple to operate
It's easy to obtain machining graphics through drawing software (AutoCAD). After importing the graphic program into the computer via a USB drive or network, you can select preset programs on the touch screen to obtain various machining shapes without any molds or tools. The operation is simple and efficient.

High production efficiency, time-saving
The cutting quality depends on the type of product, temperature, and cutting speed. The average cutting speed is about 3-5m/min, and it can reach up to 10m/min when cutting mousse or biscuits. A major advantage of water jet cutting is that using pure water for food cutting saves time. Since blades are never used, there's no need to stop for blade changes or sharpening.
