Plastic Vertical Color Mixture Mechanism Description

The reducer system is the main transmission structure for the blender, located at the bottom of the drum. It operates by being mounted inside the base of the machine, with a hollow shaft fitted with fixed keys, allowing the agitator blades of the vertical plastic blending machine to be freely assembled and disassembled.

2. The drum is a three-dimensional design, made of stainless steel, and equipped with a vertical stirrer blade, which is mounted on a reducer.

3. Bottom-mounted decelerator, powered by an electric motor installed within the base, drives the worm gear to rotate the agitator blades in the mixing drum clockwise, for a single-time discharge of the material.

4. The base and motor assembly form an integrated structure, with the motor installed at the lowest part of the drum. The motor drives the agitator blades directly, maintaining the transmission power.

5. The box controls the machine's movement, located on the right front. The drive slots on the moldable color mixing machine have up and down buttons; note that both cannot be pressed simultaneously.
