Installation Method:

(1) Install this MM-AL on the unit700The hopper is secured to the lid of the drum dryer with four M8x25 bolts.

(2) As shown in the assembly diagram, connect the suction tube, suction air tube, and hopper securely, and fasten them with a clamp to prevent air leakage.,The suction tube comes with a standard length from our factory.

4Ｍ-6MBut when in use, users should determine the length based on actual needs. Try to keep the suction tube in an inclined position, avoiding bending, as this may affect the feeding function.

(3) Connect the wiring terminal of the hopper to the main unit's socket.

(4) Connect the power supply according to the label on the device body and secure the ground wire.

Operation Procedures and Methods  operation procedures

(2)Press the once material suction switch,The motor starts the operation of the feeding system.,After the material suction time is complete, the motor automatically stops.,A few seconds later, the feed opening baffle opens simultaneously with the material being fed.,Completed,The baffle will automatically close.,The motor continues to intake material.,To achieve automatic suction without any material,Automatic shutdown feature with material detection.

(3)Material shortage,Automatic material intake alarm,The alarm indicator light is on.,Now, it is time to replenish raw materials.,Reboot required.

1.Clean the hopper filter.

Loosen the hopper latch,Remove the top cover,Remove the filter screen again,Remove plastic dust adhered to the surface of the net.(See attached image)

2.Clean the main engine filter.

 Relax the clip on the filter protector cap,Remove the protective cover,Remove the filter;Blow dust off the filter using air pressure..
