3. Usage Instructions:
1. Ensure the external power supply of the charger is disconnected.
2. Secure the red DC output wire of the charger to the positive “+” terminal of the battery and the black wire to the negative “-” terminal.
3. Note: Do not reverse the positive and negative poles, as it may damage the charger.
4. Adjust the voltage selector switch to the voltage of the battery being charged (12V or 24V), then turn on the power switch. The power indicator light will illuminate.
5. Adjust the charging current: Rotate the "current adjustment" knob counterclockwise to gradually reduce the charging current; conversely, rotate clockwise to increase it. The recommended charging current should not exceed one-fourth of the battery capacity.
6. During charging, when the capacity reaches about 80% of the chargeable capacity, the current meter reading will gradually decrease until nearly zero. Maintain a low current charge for 2-3 hours to ensure the battery is fully charged.
7. After charging, first disconnect the 220V power plug of the charger, then release the two clamps, and place the charger in a well-ventilated and dry area.
4. Safety Requirements:
1. The machine must be powered by a 220V power system.
2. Maintain good ventilation around the motor and charged battery during charging.
3. Keep the operating environment clean, cool, and dry. In case of accidental exposure to rain or water, disassemble the case, place it in a well-ventilated area, and allow it to dry naturally.
