Ceramic Granule Anti-Slip Pavement
Ceramic Granules Definition
Ceramic particle anti-slip pavement is a road material that, through a special process, lays ceramic particles on the road surface to increase the friction coefficient and improve anti-slip performance.
2. Ceramic Granule Anti-Slip Road Construction Steps
1. Base Coating Application: Firstly, apply a uniform layer of the specialized base coating material onto the road surface to enhance the adhesion between the ceramic particles and the road, preventing the particles from falling off.
2. Ceramic Gravel Laying: After the primer has dried, evenly spread the ceramic gravel on the road surface. Use specialized laying tools to place the ceramic gravel in a certain direction and spacing, ensuring a uniform and dense distribution of the ceramic gravel.
3. Compaction: After laying ceramic granules, a specialized roller or manual compaction tool must be used to compact the surface to ensure a firm bond between the ceramic granules and the road, making them less prone to fall off.
4. Surface Coating Application: Apply a specialized surface coating material to the ceramic particle anti-slip paving to protect the ceramic particles, enhance the aesthetic appeal of the surface, and prolong its service life.
