Detailed information on self-propelled scissor lifts
Lifting Height: 4-18M
Load Capacity: 300-1000 kg
Desk Surface: 3210*1600MM
Dimensions: 3890*2120*3250
The telescopic boom platforms for overhead work can be divided into series with lift heights of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 meters.
Available in 380V, 220V, battery, and diesel engine options for lifting power. Explosion-proof motors and electrical equipment can be selected for special environments.
This series of products can be moved using a tractor or by manpower.
The lifting mechanism is made of high-strength rectangular tubes, boasts an attractive appearance, offers flexible movement, is easy to operate, has a large load-bearing capacity, ensures smooth lifting and lowering, and is safe and reliable, allowing multiple people to work simultaneously.
Scissor lift aerial work platform features up/down control for lifting and lowering, equipped with a safety valve to prevent hydraulic pipeline rupture. It can descend normally during power outages, making high-altitude operations safer and more efficient.
* Two control systems are available (optional): one with handheld buttons, which can be placed at any position on the desk railing for easy operation; the other is fixed to the electrical control box and equipped with an emergency stop button for accident prevention.

Note: Custom design and manufacturing available based on customer requirements.

Application Sites: Construction sites, factories, warehouses, grain silos, stations, hotels, airports, docks, gas stations, sports stadiums, power plants, elevated pipelines, etc. for installation, maintenance, and cleaning of overhead equipment. Also used for maintenance of lifting equipment, field power facilities, and steel frame factory structures; your ideal choice for high-altitude operations.

Product Applications
Applicable Locations: Construction sites, factories, warehouses, grain silos, stations, hotels, airports, ports, gas stations, sports stadiums, power facilities, elevated pipelines, and more. Provides services for installation, maintenance, and cleaning of high-altitude equipment. Also used for maintenance of lifting equipment, outdoor power facilities, and steel frame factory structures; a great choice for your high-altitude operations.
Instructions for Use:
1. The hydraulic lifting platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform) has been inspected and debugged before shipment, with all technical specifications meeting the design requirements. Simply connect the ground wire when in use, no adjustment is needed for the hydraulic or electrical systems.
2. Thoroughly inspect the hydraulic and electrical systems for any leaks or exposed parts before using the platform.
3. When in use, the four legs of the platform should be securely supported on a solid surface (up to the point where the casters are about to leave the ground), and wooden blocks may be used if necessary.
4. The platform should be operated empty 1-3 times before it can be loaded for operation.
5. The center of gravity should be as close to the center of the workbench as possible.
6. The sliding doors at both ends of the guardrail must be securely closed and locked before operation.
7. Hydraulic Control System
Operation Process: First, turn on the motor start switch, the motor rotates, the gear pump starts oiling, the cylinder extends, and the platform lifts. Once it reaches the required working height, press the motor stop button, the platform stops lifting and lowering, and you can begin work. For lowering, press the solenoid energize button; at this point, the cylinder returns oil and the platform descends by its own weight. After descending to the original position, turn off the solenoid (disconnect power).

Cautionary Notes:
1. The workbench should be kept level when using the platform.
2. When working outdoors, safety harnesses should be worn on platforms over five meters high.
3. During the lifting and lowering process of the platform, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to climb. If maintenance is required, the platform should be securely fastened at the top after it is lifted before proceeding.
4. The platform must not be moved after it is raised, and the lifting operation should not be performed unless all four support legs are securely fastened.
5. No overloading is permitted during the platform's operation. Items must be securely placed on the work surface and should not be moved.
6. The hydraulic oil used should remain clean and free from water and other impurities. It is generally recommended to change it every six months. During winter, use N32 hydraulic oil; during summer, use N46 hydraulic oil.
7. In the event of a platform malfunction, promptly disconnect the power source for repair.
