Stainless Steel Laboratory Bench

Experimental Bench Control System: Main Functions and Design Scheme
1. Employed a closed-loop control system, which collects system operating information via sensors and other data acquisition systems. The collected data is then input into a computer through a data acquisition card, displayed on it, and calculated according to control requirements. The resulting control signals are processed by the data acquisition card into signals recognizable by the actuating elements, and finally, system control is achieved through the actuation of these elements.
2. Utilizing a centralized computer control system, with PLC as the hardware and the WINDOWS system as the software platform. During the signal collection process, we gather both digital and analog signals. Therefore, we first need to convert the collected analog signals into digital signals that the PLC can process. After processing by the PLC, some of the output signals are then converted back to analog to control the experimental bench. This requires both A/D and D/A conversions. Hence, an integrated data acquisition card with both functionalities is needed to achieve these conversions.
