Stainless Steel Lab Bench

Experimental Bench Control System Main Functions and Design Scheme:
1. Utilizing a closed-loop control system, information from the operational collection system is gathered via sensors, then inputted into a computer via a data acquisition card. The data is displayed and calculated according to control requirements, with control signals outputted. These signals are processed by the data acquisition card into signals recognizable by the actuating elements, and ultimately, system control is achieved through the action of the actuating elements.
2. Utilizing a centralized computer control system, with PLC as the hardware and the WINDOWS system as the software platform. During the signal collection process, we gather both digital and analog signals. Therefore, we first need to convert the collected analog signals into digital signals that the PLC can process. After processing by the PLC, some of the output signals must be converted back to analog to control the experimental bench. This requires both A/D and D/A conversions. Hence, an integrated data acquisition card that performs both functions is necessary to achieve these conversions.
