PP Laboratory Workbench

Before installing the PP lab bench, it's generally necessary to prepare external supplies and energy support, as well as ensure the water and electricity are in order; this cannot be overlooked, as it could affect its normal operation. So, let's take a look at the setup of its water and electricity system next.

When preparing for electrical and water works, ensure that power cables and voltage supplies are properly equipped. Generally, there are two types of voltages: outdoor machines at 380V and indoor machines at 220V. The power cables used must meet standards; the 220V cables should be 2.5 square mm or more, and the 380V cables should be 9 square mm or more. Only by meeting these requirements can the PP testing bench operate normally. The power cables must be properly grounded for safety.

The distribution box can be mounted on the side of the cabinet or nearby. The incoming line is a 16mm² five-core cable, with a total switch rated at 63A. The cabinet is equipped with a single-phase 10A five-hole socket and a single-phase 10A power outlet. An additional spare three-phase power source is reserved on the wall, and the outlet is temporarily sealed with a cover. Two spare switches are also reserved inside the distribution box, and conduit lines are pre-buried from the distribution box to the ceiling.
