Performance & Applications
Excellent emulsifying and cleaning properties, used in the wool textile industry as a wool cleaner and defattener, fabric refining agent, and cleaner; can be an important component of liquid detergents; serves as an emulsifier in cosmetic production; exhibits good emulsifying and dispersing properties for both mineral oils and animal and vegetable fats; also acts as an emulsifier for glass fiber spinning oils. Used as a wool defattener, fabric cleaner, liquid detergent, hydrocarbon solvent, general industrial emulsifier, essential oil solubilizer, anti-static agent wetting agent, and brightener in electroplating. In the dyeing industry, it functions as a leveling agent with significant effects and good scouring properties. Adding this auxiliary in the dyeing process not only achieves the goals of slowing down and leveling the dye but also enhances the fastness of the dye, resulting in bright and aesthetically pleasing colors.
