Performance & Applications

1. Soluble in most organic solvents, dispersed in water, with excellent emulsifying and spreading properties.

2. In the textile industry, it serves as the main component of spinning oils for synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, and polyvinyl alcohol, offering emulsification and antistatic properties. It makes the slub soft and smooth, reducing breakage. It can act as a softening and smoothing agent in fiber paste, and it also eliminates foam in synthetic paste liquids. HEL-20 is also characterized by low coking at high temperatures.

3. Used as an emulsifier, suitable for the production of ointments, creams, and emulsions.

4. Suitable as an agricultural pesticide emulsifier, emulsion polymer emulsifier, used for preparing water-soluble metal cutting fluids and household cleaning products.
