Performance & Applications

1. Soluble in most organic solvents, dispersed in water, with excellent emulsifying and diffusing properties.

2. In the textile industry, it serves as the main component of spinning oils for synthetic fibers like polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, and polyvinyl alcohol, offering emulsification and antistatic properties. It makes the slub soft and smooth, reducing breakage. It can act as a softening and smoothing agent in fiber paste, and it also eliminates foam in synthetic paste liquids. HEL-20 is also characterized by low coking at high temperatures.

3. Used as an emulsifier, suitable for manufacturing ointments, creams, and emulsions.

4. Suitable as an emulsifying agent for pesticides, emulsion polymerizing emulsifier, used for preparing water-soluble metal cutting fluids and household cleaning products.

Packaging and Storage

200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic buckets packaging.
