Performance and Application

AC-1802 is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. Used as an anti-static agent internally in plastics and as an additive in the textile industry.

2. AC-1810 is soluble in water and organic solvents. Used as a leveling agent for reducing acid dyes; as an anti-corrosion agent for petroleum cracking units; and as a lubricant, emulsifier, and dispersant in the textile, papermaking, and leather industries.

3. AC-1815 is water-soluble, presenting as non-ionic in alkaline or neutral media and as cationic in acidic media, offering excellent even dyeing and diffusion properties. Primarily used as an even dyeing agent for acidic metal chelating dyes, it can reduce the consumption of sulfuric acid in dye baths, minimize fabric strength damage, and can also be used as an even dyeing agent for neutral and还原染料. It effectively controls the rate of instant dyeing and the migration of dyes, and aids in rapid dyeing at high temperatures. As an even dyeing agent in wool, linen, silk, and synthetic fibers, increasing the concentration makes it an ideal desizer. When used as a desizer for wool and nylon fabrics, it is suitable for wool desizing and even dyeing, improving the fabric's appearance and enhancing the wear resistance in ice dyeing and printing. As an additive in viscose fiber cord production, it enhances cord strength, improves filtration and processing, raises the tensile strength of individual fibers, and reduces the replacement rate of spinning nozzles by approximately 20-40%. It serves as an emulsifier, antistatic agent, and dispersant in textiles.

4. AC-1830 serves as a cleaner, emulsifier, dispersant, desizing agent, antistatic agent, and softener in the textile dyeing and finishing industry. When used in adhesive raw pulp, it enhances the filtrability and anti-pilling properties of the pulp. During alkalization, it significantly reduces electrical load and improves the looseness of alkali fibers.

5. AC-1860 serves as a leveling agent in the textile industry, used for post-treatment of silk printed fabrics to prevent white backgrounds from staining and enhance brightness; in the cosmetics industry, it boosts hair luster.
