Performance & Features

1. This product disperses in hot water, dissolves in most organic solvents, and exhibits good emulsifying and lubricating properties.

2. This product exhibits excellent emulsifying properties for 58# paraffin wax. The paraffin emulsion prepared with this product is fine and stable, and can be widely used in fiberboard processing, textile, and papermaking industries.

Application

1. Typically, for 58# paraffin, the solids content of the wax emulsion (including paraffin and emulsifier) is 20% to 30%, with the emulsifier dosage being 35% of the paraffin amount. To prepare 100 kg of 30% wax emulsion, you'll need 70 kg of water, 23 kg of paraffin, and 7 kg of emulsifier.

2. Preparation Process: Heat the measured water to 80~90℃; simultaneously, add the measured emulsifier to the measured paraffin and mix to heat and melt. Then, add this mixture to the above hot water, stir well, maintain the temperature for 10 minutes, add an appropriate amount of triethanolamine to neutralize the emulsion to a pH of 6-7, and cool to obtain a blue-litened thick emulsion. Packaging & Storage

50kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
