V. Working Principle
As the handle moves downward, the upper valve closes, and the volume of the upper chamber of the piston gradually decreases, sending grease along the conveying hose to the oil reservoir. The lower volume of the piston gradually increases, creating a vacuum, which opens the suction blade and draws grease from the oil drum. When the handle moves upward, a vacuum is formed in the upper chamber of the piston, the upper valve opens, and the suction blade closes, allowing grease to enter the upper chamber of the piston. When the handle moves downward again, the process is repeated.
Section 6: Instructions for Use
1. During use, connect one end of the oil delivery hose to the fuel pump outlet and the other end to the oil storage tank's supply port. After use, securely tighten the other end onto the box lid bolt.
2. The lubricant used must be clean, uniform in texture, and within the specified brand range.
3. Regularly check the oil level inside the drum to prevent air from being吸入 into the storage tank when it's oil-free.
