Through super programming, semi-automatic, fully automatic, online printing, and advanced manual operations, it achieves the purpose of flexibly combining different functions and methods to accurately and timely process workpieces. It is capable of online printing during both semi-automatic and fully automatic operations, and also offers the option of online overlapping and comparative printing. Why can vibration aging machines accurately eliminate the residual stress in workpieces?
Because:
1Super semi-automatic and scientific fully automatic models can flexibly perform full-process online printing, full-process pre-printing online scanning, and full-process printing.
2High-performance vibration aging machine equipment can be flexibly set to multiple effective frequencies for aging processing of workpieces.
As shown below: Beam-shaped workpiece (a), scanned to obtain the a-n curve as in (b). Conducted vibration mode analysis based on the scientific principle of vibration aging. As clearly visible from figures (c) and (d): Resonant frequency n1 can primarily eliminate stress in Area A, while n2 can primarily eliminate stress in Area B. The SSMN Expert vibration aging equipment can flexibly select to treat n1, n2, or both n1 and n2 based on the distribution of residual stress in the workpiece.
Fault self-diagnosis, man-machine dialogue
The vibration aging equipment panel is equipped with a set of photodiode lamps, which can be turned on or off according to the internal program of the host and the overall system operation, indicating different statuses. They signal operational input parameters, commands, or warnings to the operator regarding the machine's state or the progress of the aging process.
