Book Box Sample, Cowhide Box Paperboard, also known as kraft paper, is generally made from pure wood pulp, with a sturdy texture and good tensile strength. It is used as packaging paperboard for making corrugated boxes. Face Paperboard, used for manufacturing medium and low-grade corrugated boxes. Domestic face paperboard usually uses a mixture of recycled pulp, wheat straw pulp, and rice straw pulp as the base pulp, with natural wood pulp as the facing. Its performance is closely related to the quality of the facing, and it has less strength than cowhide box paperboard. White Paperboard, an important packaging material for sales, is mainly used to make boxes and cartons after color offset printing, serving to protect, beautify, and promote products. It is mostly a single-sided smooth paperboard, available in gray and white backgrounds. Generally, it uses recycled pulp as the base pulp and bleached pulp for the facing. Corrugated Paper, used to produce corrugated paper with a wavy pattern, is bonded with boxboard to form corrugated board. Corrugated paper acts as a shock absorber and support in the corrugated board. Corrugated paper is made by mixing one or two types of wood pulp, straw pulp, or recycled pulp. The quality of the corrugated paper directly affects the compressive strength of the corrugated box, so using high-strength corrugated paper can produce boxes that are firm and elastic.
