Performance & Applications

1. This product is a multipurpose anionic and non-ionic sulfate surfactant. As a multifunctional emulsifier and stabilizer in emulsion polymerization, it is widely used in the polymerization of vinyl acetate, butadiene, and various monomers. It possesses an anionic structure and also exhibits non-ionic characteristics. Consequently, it can provide intermolecular attraction and easily interact with monomers.

Excellent emulsifying capability, usage rate of 0.4~1.0%. Inorganic salt content less than 0.5%.

2. Can enhance control over particle size, achieving an extremely narrow particle size distribution.

3. Resistant to strong acids and alkalis, hard water, and stable at high temperatures.

4. Excellent mechanical stability, capable of withstanding stronger stirring and pumping actions.
