Performance & Applications
1. This product dissolves in most organic solvents, forms an emulsion when dispersed in water, boasts excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties, and does not freeze in winter.
2. A strong emulsifying agent for oil-in-water type white oil, capable of easily emulsifying various types of white oil. The emulsion has good stability and does not float oil when heated to 100°C.
3. The emulsification process is simple; only a stirring device is needed to produce emulsified white oil.
4. Low irritability, easy compatibility;
5. Recommended dosage: 10% - 15% of the weight of the white oil.
Application
Add the measured emulsifier and white oil sequentially into the emulsifying kettle according to the required solid content, with the emulsifier being 10-15% of the white oil. Stir well, then add the measured water and stir until well blended to obtain the milky white oil emulsion (for reference).
Packaging and Storage
50kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
