Performance & Applications

1. Soluble in water, it remains non-ionic in alkaline or neutral mediums and cationic in acidic mediums, offering excellent leveling and diffusion properties. Primarily used as a leveling agent for acidic metal complex dyes, it can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid in the dye bath, decrease fabric strength damage, and can also be used as a leveling agent for neutral and vat dyes. It effectively controls the rate of instant dyeing and the migration of dyes, and aids in quick dyeing at high temperatures. As a leveling agent in wool, linen, silk, and synthetic fibers, increasing the concentration makes it an ideal desizing agent. As a desizer for wool and nylon fabrics, it is used for wool desizing and leveling dyeing, improving fabric appearance. It enhances the abrasion resistance of fabric during ice dyeing and printing. As an additive in viscose fiber cord production, it increases cord strength, improves filtration and processing, raises the single fiber strength of cords, and reduces the change rate of spinneret replacement by approximately 20-40%. Used in textiles as an emulsifier, antistatic agent, and dispersant.

2. Used as a cleaner, emulsifier, dispersant, desizing agent, antistatic agent, and softener in the textile dyeing and finishing industry; when used in粘胶原浆, it enhances the filtration and anti-creel properties of the pulp. It significantly reduces electrical load and improves the looseness of alkali fibers during alkalization.
